call me 5 times today

i receive calls on my cell phone from this number repeatedly - sometimes 2-3 times a day. they never leave a message...

Constant calls 3-4 x per day, never leaves message

These people called and played a pre-recorded announcement identifying themselves as "Card Services" -- which happens to be the payee name of one of my credit cards. They were vague in that they were calling about a letter that I "might or might not receive" telling me my rates were going up, and if I wanted to talk to someone about being exempted from this increase, to press 9. I pressed 9 and waited for a long time for someone to come to the phone. A man finally came on and said "and you are calling about lowering your rate?" I said "I'm wondering who you are -- are you from one of my current credit card companies? Who exactly are you?" I was extremely nice during this, because I still wasn't sure, and he swore at me and hung up.

called three times between July 6-7. I never answered.

called on cell phone--supposed to be on no call list

The calls coming from this # are FRAUD. They are stating they are Stanley and Associates calling about a legal mannger.

Whoever this is has called my phone number 3 times today. Called the other day also. I tried calling back but got dead air. I am currently in Ontario Canada.
